I'm Kathy Faccin, artist, photographer and educator, and this is (part of) the family (in their natural habitat). From the mountains to the sea, the LightSplashes photography collections are our "postcards from home" celebrating the broad vistas and intricate details of our landscape. We chase sunrises, and seek out the art in nature. Meet the team here. Why "LightSplashes"?
Glimpses of beauty, moments of connection, sparking joy and gratitude: some call them glimmers, some call them blessings, some call them grace. I started looking for these "light-splashes" with a camera, which led to exploring with other art mediums: acrylics, watercolour, pastels and pencils.
